Evergreen-as-a-service: 12mth Managed Service

Most businesses today have a strategic focus increasing the use of cloud and SaaS solutions which are evergreen. With Evergreen-as-a-service we create an ongoing framework to ensure your people are being supported in the right areas across Microsoft 365 so you can focus on the other important bits. We'll work closely with your team to prepare for upcoming changes to Microsoft 365, support your people with training and learning materials as well as providing expert insights and industry best practices.

Over a 12 month engagement, we will work with you to:

• Continue to support adoption of existing features
• Establish a governance & evergreen change model to support adoption of new features

This service is offered as a monthly retainer giving you the flexibility to leverage our expertise beyond Office 365 initiatives; and ensure a consistent approach to adoption & change management.

The timeline for this engagement is 12 months, with some activities occurring at regular intervals across the year.
