  • Day 2 : 4 hours Workshop using design led thinking concepts, we jointly define how to enable the digital transformation of your organization, Customer Service processes. We visualize together solutions.
  • Day 3 : 4 hours presentation of the outcome with a clear, actionable picture of how we can help you reach your business goals.

At the end of this workshop you will have a solid understanding of how Dynamics Service would be used, you will be able to re-use some implementation guidance and advise. The price is an estimate based on our experience of Dynamics Service implementation in a low complexity environment. Assessment and scoping are provided at the beginning of the mandate to agree on activities and mutual accountabilities.
