Power Platform CoE: 4Wk Implementation

Eighty20 will work with your organisation to define a Power Platform strategy and tech enablement stand up of the Power Platform Centre of Excellence. To do this Eighty20 will run a series of workshops with your organisation to define key outcomes such as:

• Low code strategy
• Platform owner & Delivery Owner
• Use case assessment process
• Governance and security standards

Once this has been defined Eighty20 will work with your organisation to stand up and configure the Power Platform Centre of Excellence starter kit within your organisation. This will include all associated environment strategy to ensure the frameworks have been established to empower low code development within your organisation. This will be the start of your journey into digitising operations and creating digital factories within your organisation
