Access App Modernization: 24-hour feasibility evaluation

A technology consultant from Eide Bailly will hold a series of Analysis & Design remote sessions to gather information on your specific Access line of business application. These sessions will cover how the application serves your business currently, how it has evolved over time, issues encountered, and any feature enhancements that you are planning. Session will typically be 1 hour in length and will be held over the course of several weeks, with up to 20-hours of time dedicated to meetings and deliverables development. After agreement has been reached that we fully understand your needs in a modern version of the Access application, we will use this information to produce written recommendations & an assessment to begin your Power Platform transformation strategy including the items below. This assessment benefits a range of users from small to mid-market companies who may have limited-to-no IT staff, to enterprise companies who need specific guidance on tools or staff augmentation.

1. Prioritized milestones
2. Software stack recommendations (ex. Power Apps, Power Portals, Canvas Apps, Fabric, Power BI, Azure, etc.)
3. Legacy application overview (complexity, data size, user counts, architecture, business need, etc.)
4. Multi-Phase Power Platform implementation recommendations & estimates (software costs, implementation hours, licensing, etc.)
5. Reporting plan (Power BI, initial priority reports, users, licensing, etc.)
6. Methodology & process recommendations (devops, security, version control, dev/prod environments, etc.)
7. User acceptance testing proposal and Go-Live plan.

The end result is a plan from Power Platform experts on how to transform your existing line of business application from a desktop-based Access application, into a modern Power Platform and cloud-based solution.
