Power Platform Governance: 2 Weeks Workshop

This series of workshops is intended for companies who are considering Power Platform and want to implement guard rails & give IT department the governance tools they need.
As result of the workshops, you will increase your level of understanding of Power Platform and you have tools and processes for governance.
We start out with a Kick-Off to understand the business Objectives for Power Platform Governance​ and the future vision of the Business from Power Platform’s point of view​ as well as state of Current IT Governance. The Kick-off is followed by a series of workshops focusing on Security, Monitoring and Governing Power Platform.
Deliverables for the customer is: Power Platform Environment strategy​, Data Loss Policy Suggestions, Licensing & user roles vision, App and automation publishing guidelines, Identified GAP’s, Clarification and suggestions of Roadmap for Continuous Support.
Typical engagement with customer is completed within 2 weeks, depending on customer availability
