Dynamics 365 Business Central Key User Service

The purpose of the Key User consultancy service is to provide the customer with better management and expert knowledge of the basic Dynamics 365 Business Central system:

• Week 1: Assessment of the current solution and documenting the solution landscape including integrations, additional features and add-ons.
  
  
• Week 2: Workshop for defining the solution maintenance processes including necessary business testing. Necessary setup in the Business Central environment to support the continuous system maintenance updates.
  
  
• Week 3: Training sessions for your personnel.
  First training session is User Training where the trainer will train your personnel in the basic features of Business Central including User Interface and personalization, Chart of Accounts and posting groups and their use, Dimensions and dimension analysis, Creating invoices, Allocate ledger, VAT declarations, Copying documents, Create basic reports
  Second training session focuses on Reporting, where the trainer will train your personnel in the basic reporting features of Business Central like: G/L budgets, Financial reports, Analysis outlook, Dimension drills, Financial statements, and report layouts
  Third training session is targeting IT / System administrators for setting up users permissions correctly within Business Central the training covers the following: Basic concept of permissions, Object types, License types, Features and policies, User Management, Individual users and User groups.
  
  
• Week 4: Workshop(s) for reviewing company development needs from a business perspective. We will together with you review your development needs and match those towards your current Business Central solution landscape and create a development roadmap which is aligned with the Business Central solution landscape.
