Managed service is the complex offer for both system maintenance and development support which includes at least two dedicated consultants with a fixed number of 80 hours in total during the trial period.

Each and every hour can be utilized in the areas of:

• Maintenance of the Power BI system within implemented areas
• Implementation of further analytical areas
• Users trainings
• Creating new reports based on analytical requirements
• Help configuring reports
• Changes in the analytical structure
• Reaction to service requests in case of not working functionalities
• Consultancy on the use of Power BI technology and selection of services in the organization
• Support and mentoring of Customer's specialists
