Codec LaunchPad for Power Virtual Agents provides a client engagement session followed by the build of a proof of concept PVA chatbot that is tailored to your business scenarios.
The Codec LaunchPad approach is a tried and tested proof of concept offering that follows a 5 step methodology to provide your organisation with understanding of the product capabilities of Power Virtual Agents and Power Automate and a working proof of concept that is tailored to your specific business scenario. For each LaunchPad client engagement, Codec provide a dedicated senior Microsoft adoption technical specialist and a senior Business Analyst. Through a detailed planning session, Codec will deliver you a customised plan.
Planning Workshop A one-day workshop will be held with our Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect and consultant. This will involve your key stakeholders and process owners to understand the process and pain points. This will be followed by documenting the solution for the Proof of Concept.
Building of POC environment One day will be used to build a POC Power Virtual Agent according to the solution document from the workshop. This POC will be built in a Non-Production environment. A 30-day trial environment can be supplied.
Training on maintenance & further development One day will be used to do basic training session to be give you the ability to maintain the PVA chatbot and to build on the bot for further development.
Optional – Further workshops to build on or expand Chatbot A one-day workshop will be held with our Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect and consultant. This will involve your key stakeholders and process owners to understand the process and pain points.
Our estimated price for this offering is provided based on provision of a planning workshop, proof of concept, and training. An initial call with yourself to discuss detailed needs can provide a more tailored package of work. During the initially call, a package will be tailored to your specific needs, and we are happy to provide a fixed price for additional activities after an initial discovery call with you.
