Digital Illustrated Envisioning: 4-Week Assessment

Digital Illustrated Envisioning consulting services is based on both business-driven and user-centered approach, where vision is derived from the organization’s existing business strategy and goals. Concept design is based on user insight and the intended change in the ways of working.​ Digital Illustrated facilitates a workshop based envisioning project that starts from analysis and vision creation, and proceeds to solution assessment and roadmap definition. The length of the assignment is four calendar weeks and consist of four workshops (1. business drivers, 2. business map and process areas, 3. solution concepting, 4. roadmap). The key deliverables are business drivers, solution concepts, and roadmap. Solution design is based on the Microsoft cloud comprehensively, taking full advantage of Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure (PaaS) and Microsoft 365.​
