-Maturity Check: This initial step assesses the organization's current level of AI skills and sets the stage for defining success metrics. -Success Metrics: These metrics ensure that progress can be measured and aligned with the organization's vision. -Change Path Planning: Based on the maturity level and success metrics, activities are planned to achieve the desired goals. -Change Path Activities: Delivered in six paths, these activities cover all dimensions of successful Copilot adoption and development. -Value Summary: This final step documents the findings and answers questions about the impact of Copilot, guiding the next cycle of adoption.

The service emphasizes continuous learning, innovation, and leadership growth. It also highlights the need for technical readiness and responsible AI usage. The adoption process is delivered in cycles, each lasting 16 weeks, and involves collaboration across various functions such as customer service, sales, finance, marketing, HR, legal, and IT.
