Assessment & Planning o Inventory of existing workloads and user accounts. o Review of licensing, permissions, and compliance requirements. o Identification of third-party tools required for unsupported native migrations (e.g., Teams chat history, Planner data).

Tooling & Automation o Evaluate and deploy third-party migration tools where Microsoft native tools are insufficient. o Automate user mapping and data transfer processes.

Migration Execution o Email: Migrate mailboxes, calendars, contacts, and rules. o SharePoint: Migrate site collections, libraries, lists, and permissions. o OneDrive: Migrate user files and sharing settings. o Microsoft Teams: Migrate teams, channels, files, tabs, and conversations (where supported).
