Power Apps 3 Hours Immersion Workshop

Your business need nimble and mobile process to support your growth. Using Power Platform, you are able to build a low code and low cost application to support workflow or automation for simple to mid-complex process. This 3 Hour Immersion Workshop has well planned agenda, targeted to get participants jump start and successfully deploy an application within your Microsoft online ecosystems.

Participants will be expecting the following engagement process in this exciting workshop journey:

1. Pre-Workshop Requirements Gathering (at least 1 week prior)
2. Objective of the automation Vs Current Process - you can share with us your objective of embarking on this digital transformation.
3. Workflow design – Frame the complexity and define the workshop scope and the post workshop scope (if required)
4. Data Source/(s) – Determine what types of data source you will require to use in Workshop. A few options will be given to choose from. We will usually pick 1 or 2.
5. Sketch Paper Screens – Participants will draft their visualization and keep it to 2~3 wireframes.
6. Dashboard & Reporting (Optional) - We will demonstrate to you how you can use the companion Power BI tool to report and gain powerful insights of the data used in the app built during workshop.
7. Basic Concepts - Final wrap up of the workshop with these basic concepts you learn through building your own application ready for use in your company.

Note that we will require some of these information in order to qualify if your company can fully benefit from this workshop.

If you do not have any idea what you may want to automate, we will also be able to advise you a range of examples and used for the workshop.
