Engagement Process:

Week 1: Requirements Analysis

Week 2: Scoping Building

• Compile a detailed solution scope based on requirements
• Refine scope based on feedback

Week 3 - Data Validation & PoC

• Import required data into Power BI Desktop
• Create a robust data model
• Validate the data against existing reports
• Build calculated measures
• Create a set of PoC reports

Week 4 - Solution Development

• Build all reports as scoped
• Publish the solution to the cloud service
• Install the Power BI Data Gateway
• Complete all development as per scope
• Final Data Validation
• End user training
• Support Package

Deliverables:

• Detailed solution scope
• Complete financial analysis solutions in Power BI as per agreed scope
• End user training (1 hour)

Notes:

• Solution prerequisites will be define in the scoping phase
• This solution does not include the development of Power BI custom visuals, use of the Power BI report server or Power BI embedded. These elements will be priced separately.
• We have priced this solution without prior knowledge of all requirements and data source type and structure, and thus retain the right to decline this project after reviewing the specifics.
