By conducting the PCT (Project Change Triangle) assessment, the balance between project management, change management and leadership will be identified along with the cohering implications on the project. This scan will form the basis for further project and change activities.

Take a step back and see how the impacted groups perceive the change in regards to certain job aspects. Get to the core of their perspective and identify where possible resistance may lie. These results will define your approach.
