Assess the internal skills and capability gap in owning and driving your Power Platform digitisation journey

Following the initial assessment exercise, Crimson will:

*Identify the skills and expertise required to support your Centre of Excellence strategy and identify gaps within your existing team. *Work with you to define how existing employees could be trained and developed. *Highlight potential skills and knowledge transfer opportunities that could be made from Crimson’s own consultants.

If the assessment identifies the need to hire new people into your organisation, Crimson can work with you to:

*Identify how best to attract such talent, giving you access to market intelligence (skill demand, salary and benefit expectations). *Share the latest best practice recruiting strategies.

During the interview process Crimson’s technical experts will support with skills and expertise assessments, whilst Crimson’s recruitment colleagues can offer support and advice on hiring the right candidate.

If an organisation is finding it hard to identify new team members, then jointly we will review options in how an organisation may identify individuals with the key attributes required for a role with a view to then developing the skills and expertise required on the job.

Jointly we support the Customer in identifying the right solution, and collaboratively work on a plan to deliver the outcome that they want to achieve. This consulting offer is an estimated cost and the number of workshops will depend on current IT team size, the number of skill sets to assess and the intended structure of the team.
