Paragon Power Platform Centre of Excellence: 2-Week Full Implementation

Crimson engages with an organisation’s IT team to provide a new Dataverse environment and install the standard Microsoft Centre of Excellence toolkit, configuring the OOTB connectors to enable the organisation to quickly utilise the standard offering for the team to adopt. Including a set of workshops to agree the customisations needed to tailor the toolkit to the agreed IT processes and governance.

Following the initial assessment, Crimson work in collaboration with customers to create a detailed plan to implement the Centre of Excellence Framework. The range of themes tailored to the organisation are as follows:

*Target Operating Model (TOM) validation *Change management for the IT team and wider business *Training and adoption of the framework *A review and improvement cycle where risks, issues and recommendations are identified *Management of ideas, roadmap, and outcomes. Including measurement and reporting *A review of the current roles and personas within the business, and a gap analysis for role development *An implementation plan for the Centre of Excellence Framework, including resources, timeline and costs

Power Platform Roadmap, delivered as part of the engagement or separately   Following the workshops, organisations will receive an engagement summary report, detailed implementation plan for Centre of Excellence and a Power Platform roadmap. Price is dependent on the scope of work involved.
