Paragon Power Platform: 5-Day Technical and Process Assessment

A set of workshops detailing Crimson’s best practice regarding application life cycle management, Power Platform solution management, and update preparation with Evergreen management. The session also includes build and design planning using Azure DevOps to meet the needs of the business, plus a demonstration of how these technologies and processes result in the adoption of continuous integration and deployment.

Crimson work with organisations to drive awareness of the framework components, and then assess their maturity to implement the required framework. This assessment covers the following themes and activities:

• The Framework processes: Understand the processes required to solve the organisation’s unique problems with an interactive assessment.
• Technology: Take a look at best practice for solution and Evergreen management and review whether the organisation is ready for implementation with an interactive maturity assessment.

Following the workshops, organisations will receive an assessment report, which outlines what has been captured during the assessment exercises and includes recommendations and next actions.
