1. We will perform a discovery session where we dive into a business problem/process to understand the current state and pain points.
2. Then based on your current licensing plan with Microsoft and business use case we provide a solution that will best fit the problem/user licensing budget and provide a breakdown for additional license cost (if any).
3. We will then document the existing state of the business problem/process, and best practices shall be recommended.
4. We will then document your Security and Compliance related requirements as per your organization's need. During the Implementation phase, these requirements shall be addressed.
5. We will then produce and provide an overall architecture document that includes the current state and a proposed state. We will also include a high-level design, development, deployment & maintenance document for the assessment.

At the end of the one-day assessment, we shall provide the Level of Effort (LOE), documentation & related timeline for performing the Implementation.
