Viva Goals: 3-d Assessment

CPS' Viva Goals Assessment will review your proposed / current approach to OKRs and provide deep insight in to how Viva Goals can support your OKR deployment.

The assessment is made up of three parts, for a total of 3-days of effort

1. Pre-assessment questionnaire
2. 1 day on-site/remote session to review the questionnaire and provide a deep dive in to Viva Goals and how it can support OKRs in your organisation
3. Follow-up session with proposed deployment approach

After the assessment you will understand the consulting support you can expect:

1. Effort required to deploy OKRs and Viva Goals to your organisation
2. Approach to adoption & change management for a successful long term uptake of OKRs
3. Detailed schedule and costs for deployment
