Introduction
This proposition is aimed at technical and business users to provide organisations with a robust and flexible approach to transitioning Zoom voice, meetings, meeting rooms, conferencing, and calling capabilities to Microsoft Teams. The modular nature of the engagement caters for any number of Zoom workloads to be targeted, scaling to include only the required activities whilst being delivered within a defined adoption approach.
Leveraging our experience and knowledge, CPS will work with you to provide a robust and flexible approach to transition Voice, Meetings, Conferencing and Calling Capabilities to Microsoft Teams from Zoom. We will cater for an agreed number of Zoom workloads to be targeted, scaling to include only the required activities whilst being delivered within a defined approach.
The following Zoom workloads are recognized by CPS as suitable for this engagement: Meeting & Chat, Rooms & Workspaces, Zoom Phone, Zoom Webinar and Zoom Apps.
Deliverables
The workshops will dive in to the technical and business outcomes that the customer requires. This will then enable the creation of an approach and proposal to implementation the proposed changes.
It is anticipated that the POC will take 1-week of effort.
