Power Virtual Agents allows you to respond rapidly to your customer and employee needs at scale by building and using intelligent chatbots. Designed to onboard and train your teams to create and analyse chatbots in less than a day.

We’ll cover how to create your chatbot with Power Virtual Agents by either connecting to Microsoft Dataverse via Power Automate to store and retrieve data or using Conversational Design to enhance your customer experiences with natural language AI technology to make your chatbot more personal.
