The project consists of the following project phases:
Phase 1: Discovery & Planning (Week 1) • Stakeholder interviews • Identify use cases for automation and AI • Evaluate current tools and processes • Define success criteria and KPIs Phase 2: Design & Prototyping (Weeks 2–3) • Design 2–3 prioritized Power Automate flows • Integrate AI Builder or Azure OpenAI (e.g., document classification, text generation, predictions) • Develop low-code/no-code proof-of-concept Phase 3: Implementation (Weeks 4–6) • Deploy production-ready Power Automate flows • Ensure secure data connections and role-based access • Document workflow logic and AI integration Phase 4: Enablement & Handoff (Week 7) • Conduct hands-on training (up to 2 sessions) • Share documentation and best practices • Define governance model for citizen developers
