D365 Field Service 10 week Agile Implementation

Our methodology brings the benefits of a mature Agile approach to get your Field Service Organisation up and running.

The implementation includes 8 mandatory sprints and a further 3 optional sprints. Time estimate and costs are based on the mandatory sprints to get you up and running, so costs are estimated as you may decide to add further optional sprints.

A fantastic benefit of doing an Agile implementation is that your people are completely engaged on the implementation, and learn the product during the build. It’s a very hands-on approach, and will lead to a solution that fits your needs like a glove.

Working within the Agile framework your users will get deeply involved from Day 1, and therefore this approach does not need time at the end for user training or complex handovers and validations. 10 weeks end to end means that the business can be up and running in less than 3 months.
