AX to D365 F&O: 2 day Upgrade Assessment

The assessment will be carried out over a 2 day period, and will provide a technical and functional assessment as well as an analysis and presentation of findings that can be used to start a business value assessment. The days will be split to allow Columbus time to gather technical information.

The agenda covering the 2 days is as follows:

Preparation before Day 1

• Distribute prerequisites, questionnaires and technical access Define participants and agree dates

Day 1

• Define scope and deliverables, follow up on prerequisites, agree business drivers and detail plan for workshop
• Review agreed business purpose and value driver Review agreed limited processes, integrations and external modules

Background work between Day 1 and Day 2

• Our technical team access and review solution mainly through LCS
• Review findings, combining functional and technical assessment. Prepare final report

Day 2

• Presentation of findings, discussing next steps, possible further potential focus areas and recommendations
