Establishment of Business Analytics Concept and Architecture: 2 days workshop

A modern business analytics concept and architecture tailored to the Client needs will be created using Microsoft platform tools (incl. Power BI).

The technical architecture of the created solution consists of:

• Data sources (it can be safely said that almost all accessible data sources are suitable for Power BI. A list of currently supported data sources.
• Data processing
• Data warehouse
• Data models
• Reporting portal

Through workshops, the company's systems, key processes, collected data, and data usage needs are mapped with the created concept, keeping in mind the requirements of a modern solution based on the needs of the end-users.

The technical architecture of the solution is described by our BI experts, outlining recommendations for storing data models, database services for the data warehouse and recommendations for data capture and preparation tools and utilities.

Collected information and proposed vision, will be put into roadmap with suggestion for next steps.

Workflow:

1-2 workshops (each 1-4h) with the Client. Introduction and clarification of scope, situation mapping. Discussion of questions and clarifications that arise. Independent work by our BI experts in assembling the BI concept and architecture. Presentation of the vision created and answering questions at the client's premise.

• Power BI Pro - €9.40 per user/month
• Power BI Premium Per user (PPU) - €16.90 per user/month
• Power BI Premium Per capacity - starting at €4212 per capacity/month

Important to know:

• Premium functionality reaches the end-user through the workspace (a folder where data models and reports are kept)
• Pro users cannot use Premium workspace objects
• Premium is useful for large data models, with data loading frequency being more frequent than 8x/day.

There is not a significant functional difference between Premium per User and Premium per capacity licenses.
