• Defined KPIs for Copilot for Microsoft 365 adoption (e.g., usage rate, user satisfaction / sentiment, knowledge assessments etc.) & organizational outcomes (e.g., efficiency & time gains, productivity, client satisfaction, employee satisfaction, time-to-market of innovations, profit etc.)
• Stakeholder assessment
• Copilot for Microsoft 365 impact & readiness assessment
• Change strategy & plan (incl. communication & training)
• Communication material development & implementation (ranging, for example, from flyers and video messages to workshops or town halls etc.)
• Training material development & implementation (e.g., company-internal solutions, Microsoft training or tailored training formats ranging from quick-guides to classroom training about topics like Copilot for Microsoft 365 mechanisms, prompting or alike)
