The user adoption strategy helps to increase the user adoption of your system through the measurement of the actual adoption of Dynamics 365 Sales ( or Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Dynamics 365 Field Service ), and the definition of possible actions to be implemented, based on the company's targets.
Our assessment includes the first two phases of user adoption strategy: goal setting and state of the art measurement.
The evaluation will be carried out through interviews with your ICT team and analysis of the documentation. During the kick off it will be agreed the scope of the assessment, meaning the processes analyzable during the 5 days of the service.
