• Week 1 - Onsite workshop, and remote audit of your current Dynamics 365 implementation, including all source code, business processes & architecture, looking at the services you provide, and discussion of current pain points.

• Week 2 - Documentation on findings where we will map your route to having an optimised D365 solution within your organisation. The report ensures plans to improve processes & any integrations are cost effective & benefits are made clear to stakeholders, showcasing long-term business benefits.
