Cloud Essentials' Microsoft 365 Purview Compliance Assessment has three main phases - Benchmark - This phase involves a policy review and questionnaire to benchmark your organisation's current position by assessing your Microsoft technology controls against your compliance obligations. We also analyse your environment using Microsoft 365 tools to help you understand your risk landscape. Insights - We analyse the results of the first phase and then bring together stakeholders from across your organisation in high quality discussions that align everyone's understanding of the challenges, the requirements and how the technology can play a part in the solution. Roadmap - The outcome is a report that can be used to communicate with wider business stakeholders to build a business case for ongoing compliance technology deployment and a practical and realistic roadmap that will provide:

1.  A view on your current position on compliance in Microsoft 365 and other areas of vulnerability
   

2.  A greater understanding on what’s available to you from Microsoft 365
   

3.  Quick wins on using capability that you already own, increasing value from your licence spend
   

4.  Guidance on improving the effectiveness of your compliance programme using Microsoft controls
