Our workshop is run by our team of experts, who have practical compliance experience, combined with technical knowledge.

We configure and run an automated data risk check on your environment that uses Microsoft 365 tools and services to analyse Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams (optionally can include on-premises data repositories and Windows 10 Endpoints) for: • Sensitive information and intellectual property • Unused or ‘stale’ data • Risky or suspicious activity

We then perform an assessment against data protection standards and regulations to generate a data protection baseline score and an overall compliance score, as well as a list of key improvements and recommendations.

Our tech-savvy compliance experts will give you an overview of the Microsoft 365 compliance tools and services and provide recommendations based on your needs and objectives with practical, actionable next steps.

Agenda: Prior to starting the data risk check, we run a pre-engagement meeting to agree the sensitive data types and search parameters. Week 1 - Configure and enable data risk check and run automated discovery process Week 2 - Run automated discovery process for 2nd week Following completion of the automated risk check, we will:

• Analyse and report on findings
• Decommission data risk check tool
• Complete data protection assessment
• Provide Microsoft 365 Compliance overview
