Compliance Catalyst: 1 Hour Workshop

We understand that every business is at a different stage in their compliance journey and are facing very different challenges. From getting cross-business stakeholder engagement to define underlying policies, to understanding the technical capability, to testing and deployment of features - it can be difficult to know where to start or where to take your compliance journey next.

The Compliance Catalyst Workshop is designed to take stock of your current position and build a roadmap of practical recommendations that will deliver tangible improvements. Using our business experience in risk/compliance and technical Microsoft expertise, we can bridge the gap that often exists between risk and IT professionals, providing a joined up view about what needs to be done and how it can be achieved.

In preparation for the 60-90 minute workshop, we send you a questionnaire to capture basic understanding of your compliance journey with Microsoft 365. We review your responses, prepare additional questions and tailor our Compliance Catalyst Workshop agenda to discuss and address the challenges you face.

During the interactive workshop session (delivered via Teams) we will ask questions, offer comments, guidance and examples, signpost useful resources and provide practical recommendations for next steps.

After the session we will deliver a summary document outlining our recommendations and detailing the useful resources we discuss in the workshop.
