Teams Calling and Meetings: 3-Day Workshop

Through a two-day assessment workshop, we will assess your specific environment to identify calling and meeting requirements to map out a solution pathway. We will use this time to understand the needs of users with differing functionality requirements to identify features that will enhance their way of working.

Workshop - Day one

‘Intelligent Communications’: vision and strategy – Empower your employees to increase participation in shared work and manage everyday communications. Calling and Meetings – Consider your existing voice and meeting requirements to ensure a migration strategy increases collaboration. Persona analysis – True performance means understanding the behaviour of different groups and planning how to configure features to meet their requirements. Workload analysis – Explore practical examples of time-saving measures for a variety of different users.

Workshop - Day two

Review of day one Microsoft Rooms and Devices – Optimise the configuration of meeting spaces and devices for enhanced collaboration. Service mapping – Map product features to roles – from executives to technicians in the field – to understand the different communication features that will improve day-to-day working routines.
