Change Management: 4-Day Implementation

Change management and adoption is the recognition that everybody has got their own jobs to focus on and adapting to a change in technology is not something that everybody make the switch to without a bit of help.

We talk about Microsoft 365 and Teams Day in, day out, but not everybody knows what they mean or how they can help. Change can be daunting if you're just left to it. Everyone learns in different ways and picks things up at different paces.

Getting things right first time is key to the smoothest possible roll-out. Change management does that through communicating the vision and introducing two-way engagement.

Deliverables: Champions Onboarding:

• We'll create a network of sponsors within your organisation that are bought into change.
• Build a network of Champions to have technology reps in each team. They are crucial to the upskilling of those around them, if they understand the direction of change, the reason, and the benefits that it will bring.

Awareness Creation:

• To generate awareness and interest ahead of the workshops.
• Typically hosted in a canteen or communal area
• An opportunity to ask and find out about the change

Workshops:

• Bookable sessions, spread over a period of time defined at the outset.
• Deep dive on particular workloads
