3. 'As Is' Current State Assessment: We will analyze the current state and assess maturity of the organization against the categories of the Microsoft Power Platform Adoption Maturity Model.

4. 'To Be' Gap Analysis: We will work with you to define the right future state, analyze gaps and determine what needs to be done to address them.

5. Roadmap Development: We will prioritize and sequence activities into a high-level roadmap and timeline so that the organization knows what needs to be done to address more immediate needs and progress in maturity and capability over several years.
