Project phases

Stakeholder workshop – We work with you to understand your requirements and objectives, discuss current pain points and challenges and review your information classification requirements.
Information classification policy documentation – We work with you to articulate and document your information classification policy, which would include a set of sensitivity levels, summary policy statements, examples and information handling requirements. This will provide a framework to build your technology controls around.
Implement pilot container-based classification – For the pilot, we develop sensitivity labels to match your information classification policy and target these to Microsoft Teams, SharePoint sites, and other Microsoft 365 Group-based entities.
Pilot file and email protection – We apply agreed controls to files and emails (Outlook emails, Office file formats and PDFs) to a pilot group to test these labels and ensure robust protection of sensitive content. Following the successful pilot, we can work with you to roll out these information protection measures to the rest of the organisation, or you can use this pilot to understand the process and roll-out internally.
