Agenda

• Review requirements and policies – We will review your environment, licensing, processes, policies and gain an understanding of your overall security and compliance requirements and objectives.
• Security workshop – Collaborative security-focused workshop to discuss and assess your existing security tools and processes, identify gaps and potential risks, and create recommendations to feed into the roadmap report.
• Compliance workshop – Compliance discovery workshop to understand your existing compliance and information protection measures, such as classification policies, DLP, rights management and insider risk, and collaboratively discuss pain points, concerns, and objectives.
• Roadmap report – We will document all gathered information and create a detailed Microsoft 365 roadmap with clear priorities, timescales, and details into each recommended phase - such as licensing, benefits, dependencies, and pre-requisites.
• Presentation – After receiving the report we will go through the roadmap with you and your team to discuss key points and answer any questions.
