Our Dynamics 365 ‘health check’ is designed to quickly help your organisation identify risks and give recommendations in order to improve your Dynamics 365 system. It involves one-day onsite and one-day offsite creating our documentation report.
Whether you’re unhappy about your CRM system because of technical issues, poor implementation, lack of user adoption, or unknown causes we can come in and do an assessment of your system in order to produce a detailed report. This report can then be used to pinpoint and clarify issues, which can be worked on internally or if needed, we can continue working with you to get your Dynamics 365 system how you want it.
Before we come onsite for the audit, we ideally organise a kick-off call or video conference to gain an understanding of your overall system and gather some detail to make our time onsite as effective as possible.
Our CRM Health Check involves one of our CRM experts coming onsite for one day to assess three key areas of your system:
After assessing these areas in depth, we will then talk to key users to listen to your pain points, dislikes, and annoyances about the system as well as find out your aspirations and needs.
Following this one-day onsite, we will produce documentation for you outlining:
Once you have this information, depending on the results, you can then use this report to help fix the concerns internally or we can work to help you resolve any issues and improve your Dynamics 365 system.
