Day 1: Work with use case leads to scope use cases based on pain points.
Day 2: Develop a solution using Microsoft 365 that solves the pain point.
Day 3: Does our recommended approach work as a Proof of Concept (POC) and is fit for purpose?
Day 4: Make any changes to the solution based on the testing phase.
Day 5: Implement the use case into the department. Ensure that there are communications and training for end users.
Day 6: Work with the use case leads to ensure that there is effective; communications, training, support documentation and an owner to fix for future changes.
Day 7: Create a success story to be shared on Microsoft Learning Pathways or have the use case lead host a webinar to the Digital Champions community on their solution.
