We identify the change characteristics unique to your project, clearly identify the impacted groups of people, and engage them to better understand the many aspects of change through conversation and assessment.
High-Level Overview • Facilitate Organizational Alignment Workshops - We identify all members of client project team, begin relationship building. 1:1 meetings with key sponsors, project members, and stakeholders to better understand current-state pain points, and how this project will help the client. • Identify and Reinforce Clear Goals, Project and Success Criteria ○ Identify and Reinforce Clear Goals Project and Success Criteria ○ What is the 'why' behind this change for the client? ○ Fully understand and be able to share both the strategic and tactical. ○ Ask, and be able to answer, “What are the key areas of change that will impact people?” • Personas Identification - Persona identification is much more than building security roles in your organization's system. It is important to dig deep early, and identify not only the key people to be involved with the configuration of your system, we also need to better understand how this will change the work of people that use the system. • Understand Culture, Tools, and Resources - Cambay’s OCM Practice will take the time to fully understand the CLIENT’S communication and training culture, tools, and resources. We then incorporate this knowledge into our OCM recommendations. • Utilize Change Assessments - Cambay's OCM Practice takes the time to fully understand the strategy behind your technology investment. We identify the change characteristics unique to your project, clearly identify the impacted groups of people, and engage them to better understand the many aspects of change.
OCM Assessment Deliverable: The deliverable of Cambay's Change Assessment is a tailored Organizational Change Management strategy and plan recommendation specific to your organization and project. We will deliver a high-level strategy, backed by our assessments. We will make recommendations that will include some or all aspects of communication, sponsor, training (including UAT), coaching, and/or resistance management plans. The scope of all our plan recommendations will be based on our Change Management Assessment.
