The Self package includes 8 hours of as-needed implementation guidance for Dynamics 365 Business Central by Calsoft Systems. ($150/hour for additional services).

This cost-effective plan is ideal if you already have staff members who are familiar with financial system setup and data migration. Utilizing your own resources means that not only do you save expenses, but more importantly, your members will have a good understanding of the system, proactively reducing potential issues in the future.

Deliverables

• Provide a system setup checklist document, including basic system instructions
• Q&A and Support until system go-live (up to 3 hours total)
• Standard Configuration, which includes:
  • System activation
  • User and permission setup (up to 3 users, and instruction for adding additional users)
  • Load pre-defined standard data (COA, payment term)
  • Load pre-defined financial statements (basic template)
  • Data export/import tool activation

Customer’s Requirements:

• Setup system based on provided checklist
• Test system
• Load master data
• Load beginning balance

What is included:

• Scope of plan
• Cloud setup by Calsoft Systems, any hardware and software license provided by Microsoft
• Basic instruction manual

What is not included:

• Customization and modification
• Interface development
• After go-live support
• Onsite training and support

Implementation time varies depending on scheduling availability of client.
