Managed Teams with OnGuard: 1-week Implementation

ConvergeOne's Managed Microsoft Teams package allows our experts in the industry to manage Microsoft Teams and all required infrastructure for Enterprise Voice, Video, and Meetings with native tools and our proprietary software called OnGuard. Our experts in the CSC (Customer Success Center) will be an extension of a customer's team to help determine root cause analysis on issues, as well as help with Software Release management for Endpoints and associated Hardware. On an annual basis a Teams Optimization exercise will take place to help remove and clean up the Teams Environment. ConvergeOne will review Teams, Channels, and other aspects to see if they are currently being used and accessed. We will assist our customers with governance requirements to ensure a useful and enjoyable Teams experience.
