A PoC designed to help assess the suitability of our Direct Routing solution as a PBX replacement.
What we provide
• Direct Routing Bytes utilise Microsoft accredited Direct Routing for the PoC. Configured with high availability & leverages an internet based SIP service to enable telephony services. Please note emergency service calling is NOT supported during the PoC.
• Business Continuity Assurance Bytes utilise multiple carriers to service customer PSTN needs, ensuring continuity of service. High availability (99.9%) with built in redundancy and active load balancing. Ability to route inbound calls to alternative destinations (e.g. mobile devices) in the event of a Teams outage.
• Enhanced User Adoption Bytes offer a learning solution that combines content expertise & an intelligent platform; designed to transform the way users work with Microsoft technology.
• Customised adoption strategies to help drive Microsoft usage, delivering personalised learning for Teams, as well as Teams Voice, to all users. We also measure adoption rates and usage.
• Call Charges Bytes make things easy. For the duration of the PoC, we’ll provide 5,000 inclusive minutes per month for UK local/national and major UK mobile calls. Excess charges apply outside of this. International calls will be charged according to the supplied rate card.
• Recording as a Service Optional recording is available as a SaaS overlay. Options include business, secure (tamper evident) and encrypted recording.
• Statistical Monitoring Bytes provide utilisation reports and trend analysis through out the PoC.
• 24/7 Support Arrangements Bytes provide 24/7 telephony and e mail support for the duration of the PoC. This will be made available to your nominated IT and Teams administrators for incident management as well as processing requests for necessary configuration changes.
