The Design stage is the second step on your Catalyst journey, the purpose of this 1 Week Workshop is to bring together your ideas and discussions in line with the tools that are available to you as part of your Microsoft 365 Subscription. At the end of this 1 Week Workshop, you will have the following deliverables: • Day 1 - A list of key impact areas and options that will have the largest business value • Day 2 - Additions to the digital transformation roadmap from the Inspire stage, highlighting key initiatives. • Day 3 - A map of how the organisation will adapt to technological change and what is already being utilised as part of your Microsoft 365 Subscription. • Day 4 & 5 - A tailored solution map which aligns business value to different technologies within your Microsoft 365 Subscription.
