Enabling Hybrid Meetings: 1-day Workshop

For hybrid meetings with Microsoft Teams to work well, physical spaces need to be optimised for lights, camera, and action – with HD video cameras, acoustics, noise cancelling speakers/ headsets, digital whiteboards, good connectivity, branding, camera angles and lighting. Since people are likely to breakout beyond meeting rooms and into communal areas when using Microsoft Teams, WiFi, wireless LAN (WLAN) and in-building 5G will also need to be designed for seamless connection wherever people happen to roam. During the workshop we will run through the following themes: Understand the Needs - BT will help you with a persona and space assessment and help build a Spaces strategy Design the Spaces - Using our learning in introducing our Better Workplace model we can help you define spaces for the moments that matter in a working day Build and Connect - Build plans for next steps including detailed network assessments and Spaces/Devices
