Pulse Framework - Power Platform Consulting Service - 8Wk Workshop

Pulse by Bespoke-XYZ is an 8-week enablement programme that provides clients with the tools and knowledge required to ‘Get started’ with the Power Platform – but in a strategic, considered and scalable way. The programme is structured in two phases: the Adoption Planning phase and the Enablement phase.

The Adoption Planning phase spans weeks 1-4 and includes:

Introduction to the framework and the Power Platform

• Demonstrations of the technology
• Overview of the art of the possible
• Time commitment outline & goals benchmarking documents

Department Workshops

• Deep-dive workshops with chosen key team members (5-6) to better understand key challenges and opportunities
• Mapping of identified opportunities based on value and complexity to determine pipeline

Presentation of Findings

• Recommendations as to which projects to address first and how to approach the plan
• Review of team and plan for Enablement Phase

The Enablement phase spans weeks 5-8 and includes:

Foundations of the platform

• Access to Bespoke Power Hour recorded sessions
• Consultant-led data and environments best practice session -Data connector overview and Governance

Learning Pathways

• Assignments and information shared for citizen developer learning pathways
• Scheduled "X in-a-day" sessions

Environment setup

• Session with team to discuss licenses, documentation and environment setup

Analytics and Automation "X in-a-day" sessions

• Delivery of Power BI, Apps and Automate in-a-day sessions

Best practice principles

• Documentation and templates, requirement gathering, capturing ideas and driving data culture
