BDO’s Fast Track deployment service is designed to reduce time and costs in implementing your Microsoft Dynamics solution using a templated approach with a fixed scope, fixed timeline and fixed cost to get you up and running quickly – providing you with a baseline for your Dynamics solution that includes set up and configurations, data migration, and basic training.

Deliverables include:

• Configuration of Microsoft Dynamics tenant inside your Microsoft Office environment
• Activation of “Accounts”, “Contacts”, “Leads” & “Opportunities” Entities
• Business Process Flow for Leads to Opportunities Conversion
• Integration with existing Microsoft 365 Outlook platform
• Configuration of 2 x Marketing Lists
• Bi-directional interface with Mail Chimp for managing marketing emails
• Development of 2 x Management Dashboards
• Loading of up to 5,000 data records (excluding extract and transforming data from your legacy solution)

Key points to note:

• A templated approach will be used to achieve fast-track delivery, any deviation may result in additional time and/or cost
• The solution will reside inside your Microsoft environment so you will own it and your data always.
• Data, and data quality, remains the responsibility of the client. We make this easy as we provide you with a template and load the information you provide
• Separate agreement for licencing will be required and costs will depend on number of user licences.
• BDO will become the partner of record for implementation services as required by Microsoft.
