1. Discovery and Art of the Possible BDO Lixar and your stakeholders will work together to understand the vision of your organization and the needs of your teams, employees and partners. The discovery phase includes an assessment of your existing intranet and challenges to determine a site architecture to rapidly leverage Viva Connections.
2. Recommendations​ Within the features of Microsoft’s capabilities, we will work with your team to recommend a desired information and site architecture, to ensure your employees are accessing content securely – all packaged together with your corporate brand.​
3. PoC Execution and Roadmap​ Working with assigned stakeholders, we will deliver a roadmap to execute your priorities and identify training needs for content creators and publishers, leveraging best practices.
