Streamlined Discovery Session
- Activate and provision Dynamics 365 Business Central environment
- License, configure, and assign security rights (first 10 users) for Dynamics 365 Business Central users
- Configure one workstation with the Dynamics 365 Business Central Add-in for Outlook loaded by customer, as necessary
- Initial Configuration of Power BI with initial Dashboard
- Create Production Company database and assist with configuration of Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Create and review a System Setup Checklist for the client to follow
- Walk through the setup of relevant modules, as necessary
- Introductory training on data import process, system navigation, general processing
- Go-Live review and have a brief next step conversation
Assumptions
- BCS must be the digital partner of record and Cloud Solution Provider with Microsoft
- All custom functionality and reports are not included, quoted separately
- No test company; all configurations will be done in Production
- Excludes Cost Accounting and Cash Flow Forecasting modules
