- Licensing, configuration, and assigning of security rights for first 15 Dynamics 365 users
- Initiation and management of data migration process using Microsoft migration utility
- Resolution of migration issues with client personnel and Microsoft
- Setup of posting groups and other required post-migration configurations
- Initial training of system and configurations
- Setup of bank accounts and format layout for preprinted check stock for one bank account
- Basic formatting of transactional reports (quote, order, invoice, purchase order)
- Configuration of Dynamics App for Outlook on two workstations
- Initial configuration of Power BI content pack dashboard
- Installation of mobile app on up to two mobile devices
- Creation of income statement and balance sheet for each company (not consolidated)
- Modification of user security
- Training the trainers on core processes within Business Central
- Support client testing of Business Central processing
- Go live transition
Limitations and assumptions
- Must be on Dynamics GP 2015 version or later to use the Microsoft migration utility
- Migration includes one company – add $3,000 for each additional company migration
- Fixed assets not included – add $2,500 for fixed asset migration
- Integrations and intercompany not included – must be analyzed and quoted separately
- ISV solutions not included – must be analyzed and quoted separately
- Customized functionality and reports not included – must be analyzed and quoted separately
- Exchange Online required for Dynamics App for Outlook
- BCS must be the digital partner of record and the cloud solution provider with Microsoft
