We offer an agile deployment of Dynamics to get any team up and running quickly. Our aim is to provide essential customizations, develop a roadmap and assist in the deployment and adoption of Dynamics 365 for Sales. In just 5 days we will get your team up and running and tracking opportunities.

Day 1 - Requirements Workshop On day 1 we explore the required capabilities and identify possible customizations, data sources for import and processes. This is prioritized and the rollout plan confirmed.

Day 2 and 3 We apply essential customizations to the core entities of Leads, Opportunities, Contacts and Accounts.

Day 4 We provide in person or remote training to users identified as Champions and ensure that all customizations accurately describe the required capabilities.

Day 5 We go live and ensure a smooth transition to the production tenant.
